If you think that you need these classes, then find yourself enrolling in them. If you do that step in the soonest time possible, then you will be acquiring the knowledge that you need. When that happens, then you can already proceed with your practice and that can certainly be beneficial on your part.
The first thing that you need to do is be familiar with the heart system of a person. If you are going to take ACLS classes in Houston, then you would have to perform all the necessary steps for you to prevent yourself from being embarrassed in front of a lot of people. So, be able to study to the best of your abilities.
Second, get yourself involved with the details of life support. If you have this inner desire to save all the people who have been assigned to you, then excellence should be found within you. Yes, you will never be able to save lives unless you are already a master of your skill. So, work on that because that is also for your own benefit.
Third, you need to know when a person is already experiencing a cardiac arrest. Take note that you are required to always act on your feet at times like this. If not, then you might cause the person in front of you to die. When that happens, then it would all in your conscience and you would never have a good night sleep.
You would also have to be more knowledgeable with medical symptoms. Yes, they may be too many for you to memorize but then, there is nothing in this world that you cannot achieve. You would just have to focus on your goal and you would already have the results that you want to see at the end of the day.
If you know little of the respiratory system, then you need to do something about that as soon as possible. Keep in mind that increased knowledge will bring you to places. So, try not to be ignorant about things as much as possible. If you have all the sources that you need, then use them. Do not allow them to just lie there.
If you have already touched a part of pharmacology, then go on. Again, you would have to be the best medical professional out there. If you believe that you are not learning fast enough, then you need to double the efforts that you are exerting. That is how you can keep up with your fellow students.
If you need to get a person out from stroke, then so be it. Keep in mind that you are presented with a challenge here. So, if you have the desire to stay on top of your game, then you should welcome this adversity.
Overall, do the best you can. You are not required to be on top of the class. You would just have to continue improving yourself.
